Multimedia campaign (internal)
Williams is an industry pioneer in several areas, and AI adoption is no exception. The goal of this campaign was to get employees excited about utilizing AI as a tool to supercharge the work they’re already doing by accessing a collection of tools, prompts, use cases and more.
Williams is developing the unstoppable workforce of the future. Not by replacing humans, but by utilizing AI as a tool to help employees “level up” their performance.
This campaign was inspired by retro, 8-bit video games equipped with XP, power bars and constant leveling up (with a hint of Scott Pilgrim vs. the World).
Since Williams is making a concerted effort to partner with humans, I wanted the campaign to feel human and nostalgic to add a sense of warmth. Additionally, I wanted it to feel sleek and modern to get employees excited about where we’re headed: a supercharged workforce fit for the future.
Employees saw this message across several touchpoints: enterprise-wide posters, desk-drop flyers paired with a sticker sheet and a video posted to our internal communications platform.
